About the studio
Who we are
Elorchi is a production studio in Casablanca. You work with the founder — a full-stack engineer who prices the job, builds it, and stays reachable after you pay.

About me
You talk to the person who builds it.
Elorchi is my studio. There is no account manager between us, and no offshore queue after the kickoff. If we take the work, I own the scope, the code, and the conversation.
I am a full-stack software engineer in Casablanca. I help founders who need a first product, and companies that need a site, an app, or a SaaS their team can actually run. A good part of that work is with Morocco, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, and international teams — in Arabic, French, and English.
You stay comfortable because the rules are simple. We agree the first release and a price in USD before I start. You can reach me on WhatsApp or email. You see the work as it is built. At launch you get access, a handover, and a next step — not a zip file and silence.
The portfolio is public. MyAITools is my own SaaS. Client work includes Dossierly, Packma, Moajam in Saudi Arabia, Kalima Career, Ms TASI, Rihla, Zontes, Ibn Sina in Dubai, AIRPAC, and CAIDELEC.
Why clients stay comfortable
You talk to the builder
The same person prices the work, writes the code, and answers after launch. Nothing is lost between a salesperson and a distant team.
Production, not mockups
The job is a live URL, accounts that work, and a host you can operate. Reviews and a deploy path are part of the build.
Clear scope. Price in USD.
A written first release, a number you can take to finance, and a timeline. We do not start on a handshake and a mystery retainer.

How I work
You will know what we build, what it costs, and when you can use it.
I stay close to the brief, the code, and the machines it runs on. That is how a project stays a professional engagement — not amateur work, not a vendor who vanishes after the invoice.
- 01
Discover
A call or a written brief. We map the outcome, who will use it, what already exists, and whether this is a site, an app, a SaaS, or the servers underneath.
- 02
Scope and price in USD
A first release you can point at, a stack, a timeline, and a number. You decide with a document — not a vibe.
- 03
Build in the open
You see progress. Design, code, and infrastructure move together. Questions get answered while the work is still cheap to change.
- 04
Launch
A live URL, working accounts, a deploy path. Hardening and monitoring when the product has to stay up — not only look finished.
- 05
Handover and support
Access, notes your team can use, and a clear option to continue. After you pay, you still know who to write to.
How we stay in touch
Kickoff on a call or WhatsApp. Then short written updates and demos you can click. If something is blocked, I say so. I do not go quiet between milestones.
What I do not do
I do not sell endless mystery retainers, or consulting that stops at slides. If the work is a product, you leave with software in production and the keys to run it.
What you can expect
A named person
I reply. If I am in a build window, you still get a time — not a ticket number.
A first release that exists
We ship a slice you can use or show. The rest of the roadmap stays honest.
You keep the work
Handover is in the job. You are not renting a black box from someone who holds the passwords.
Selected work
A few you can open. The full list is on the projects page.
